Jams are delicious for breakfast
Sweet and spicy, with more flavor than typical jams and jellies,
Uncle Steve'z jams are perfect over toast, bagels, and, of course, biscuits.

But Jams can be used for more than breakfast!
1. Enjoy the classic snack, crackers with cream cheese and a dollop of jam.
2. Use sweet and savory jams to glaze meats (and meatballs).
3. Use jams, thinned with a few drops of water, instead of traditional syrups over pancakes.
4. Use jams instead of frosting on cakes and cupcakes.
5. Add a little jam to salad dressing.
6. Wrap a wheel of Brie cheese, topped with a dollop of jam, in phyllo dough and bake -- a classic and upscale dish for cocktail parties.
7. Grilled cheese sandwiches get a make-over with a thin spread of savory jam.

Beer Syrup
Beer for breakfast?!?! Yeah, we hear that all the time. Beer syrup is sweet and full of complex flavors, just like the ingredients in the beers. It's perfect drizzled over pancakes, corn cakes and biscuits.
But Beer Syrup is also a great condiment:
1. Pour over cream cheese and use as a dip for crackers. Happy hour just got a little happier!
2. Use as a glaze for roasted meats. Pork roast, grilled chicken and so much more can be brushed with beer jelly for a sweet and spicy flavor.
3. Use on a sandwich .... just a little sweet beer flavor will make any sandwich more interesting.
4. Use in place of traditional BBQ sauce over grilled meats.
5. Pair with fancy cheeses for appetizers.
6. Bake chicken wings and then pour on a generous amount of beer syrup. Yum!
7. Pour over hams for the perfect glaze.
8. Use a dip for chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries and so much more.
